- **Eligibility and Pricing**
- Wholesale pricing is strictly reserved for resellers and decorators.
- Pricing is established on a case-by-case basis.
- Just Like Hero reserves the right to approve or deny applications at its discretion.
- **Orders and Acceptance**
- All orders are subject to acceptance by Just Like Hero.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- All prices do not include taxes (G.S.T. or others).
- **Payment Terms**
- Orders must be paid in full before shipping or pickup.
- Payment methods include:
- Online store: Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and e-transfer
- Alternative methods for Canadian customers: American Express and Bank Deposit
- For alternative payment methods, email wecare@justlikehero.com prior to placing an order.
- **Shipping**
- Shipping rates are predetermined based on region and quantity.
- Orders over 25 pieces within Ontario & Quebec are eligible for free shipping.
- Orders placed before 12pm EST on business days via justlikehero.com will ship the same day.
- For email orders, the cut-off time is based on when the order is processed by the Just Like Hero office, not when the email is received by the office.
- Just Like Hero cannot guarantee the arrival time of orders due to third-party carriers.
- We will do our best to accommodate rush orders.
- Contact a JLH team member if alternative shipping methods are required. Alternative shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- **Pick-up**
- Select Pick-Up option at checkout.
- Same day pick-up is not available. Pick up orders placed before the cut-off time (12pm EST) will be available for pick up on the next business day.
- **Returns and Claims**
- All returns and claims must be made within 30 calendar days after reception of goods.
- Returned items must be received by JLH within 14 calendar days after the return is approved.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Any garments decorated, altered, or washed will not be accepted.
- Just Like Hero reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.

- **Order Changes and Cancellations**
- Once orders are in the system, they can't be cancelled.
- Cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- JLH does not accept changes to orders.
- A new order must be created if additional products are needed.
- **Back-orders**
- Please email a backorder request to wecare@justlikehero.com.
- Back-orders are placed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Each backorder incurs separate shipping charges.
- We cannot guarantee the delivery time of back orders as the schedule of international logistics is out of our control.
- **Samples**
- Just Like Hero is happy to provide samples at a discounted rate.
- Please inquire within for sample orders and pricing.
- Samples are final sale due to hygienic reasons.
- **Account Maintenance**
- Just Like Hero reserves the right to deactivate dormant accounts.
- **Confidentiality**
- Wholesale pricing and terms are confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties.
- **Liability**
- Just Like Hero's liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- **Intellectual Property**
- The Just Like Hero name, logo, and product images are the property of Just Like Hero.
- Use of these materials for marketing purposes requires written permission.
- **Modifications**
- Just Like Hero reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
- Continued use of the wholesale account constitutes acceptance of any changes.
- **Governing Law**
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada.
