Cut off time is at 12pm EST business day.

Shipping orders placed before the cut-off time will be shipped out on the same business day.

Pick up orders placed before the cut-off time will be available for pick up on the next business day after 12pm.

Yes, we accept returns within 30 calendar days after delivery of the goods. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping fee is not refundable. See more details in Return Policy

Please contact us for order cancellation or modification ASAP. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.

All JLH garments are pre-shrunk. a 3% shrinkage can be expected after the first wash.

The HERO Series follows standard American Unisex Sizing.  Please check our sizing chart.
