Exchange & Return Policy

 

 ATTENTION SCREEN PRINTERS & EMBROIDERERS

Please examine garments before decorating.
We will not accept claims for garments that have been decorated, altered or washed.

     

    Just Like Hero accepts all returns on the basis of product defect or sizing issues before the products are being decorated. For returns with other reasons, please follow the instructions below. We do not accept returns on samples for any reason. 

    Please note that we treat all Exchanges as Returns. Please place a new order online for items that you need, and we will refund you once the returns pass the inspections. 

     

    Step 1: Check Eligibility for Return and Review the terms.

    To qualify for a return, your item(s) must be:

    For Wholesale Orders

     

    1. Purchased at Wholesale Price: Only items purchased at wholesale price are eligible for an return. Sale items and samples (including purchases using a discount code) cannot be returned and refunded.

    2. In Original Condition: Any garments decorated, altered or washed will not be accepted. Just Like Hero reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.

    3. Terms: All returns and claims must be made within 30 calendar days after reception of goods. Return must be received within 14 days after the return is approved. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping fee is not refundable. Customers are responsible to ship back the returns.

     

    For Retail Orders:

    1. Purchased at Regular Price: Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a return. Sale items (including purchases using a discount code) cannot be refunded.

    2. In Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and must have all tags attached. Original receipt of proof of purchase is also required.

    3. Submit return form within 30 days of original purchase: We offer 30 days upon receiving your merchandise to request a return. 

    4. Product must have a defect or sizing issue: All returns must be related to the condition of the product.

     

     
    Step 2: Send Return Request to wecare@justlikehero.com

    In the email, please include the complete RA Form (Wholesale) or RA Form (Retail). If the items are returned due to defects, please also include pictures indicating the location of the flaws in the email. Just Like Hero reserves the right to deny return packages that are sent without a refund inquiry to wecare@justlikehero.com.



    Step 3: Ship your package back to Just Like Hero 

    Upon receiving the return request, we will send an email notification of approval or rejection of the request. Once the request has been approved, please ship the item(s) with purchaser's name and phone number and the original receipt in the package to the following address:

    Please note that customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Online purchases made by US or International customers must declare returned items as "Returned Goods" in the customs section of the return label. Returns that are not properly declared may incur additional fees.


    If you are shipping an item over $75 CAD, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return shipment.

     

    Step 4: Inspection Of Returns By Customer Care Team

    Once returns are received by Just Like Hero, the customer care team will inspect returned item(s). If items are not in the original condition, Just Like Hero reserves the right to deny the return. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

     

    Step 5: Issue Refund

    Once return item(s) are approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
