FREE PICK UP
How to select Free Pick Up for your order at Just Like Hero's warehouse:
We're located at 20 Lightbeam Terrace, Unit 5, Brampton, ON L6Y 6H9 starting from Sep 7th. Oakville location will be closed.
Since this address is still unfindable on Google Maps, below is the map showing where our new warehouse is located (the back building at North East corner of the intersection of Steeles Ave W & Heritage Rd).
1. Follow the regular steps of adding items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout, click MY CART on the top navigation bar, then click Check Out button to go to the checkout page.
2. At the Information page, you will be able to login if you haven't done so, and you can also select the preferred Delivery method - Ship or Pick Up. Click the Pick up tab, and click Continue to payment button to finish up the purchase (see image below).
Pick Up Instructions:
All pick-up orders will be available at the back door from 9 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday except stat holidays.
Starting from Oct 1, 2021:
- Same-day pick-up will be temporarily suspended.
- Pick-up will be available on the next business day. The cut-off time for next-day pick up is 12 pm (noon).
- For example
- Orders that are placed via the online store before 12:00pm on Monday will be available for pick up after 12 pm on Tuesday.
- Orders that are placed via the online store after 12:00pm and after will be available for pick up after 12 pm on Wednesday.
- For email & phone orders, the time is based on when the order is processed in the system by Just Like Hero staff.
- Please only arrive for pick up after receiving the Pick-Up notification email or being informed by JLH staff, otherwise, you may have to wait for the order to be packed. Wait time may be longer when the warehouse staff are busy.
- If you don't receive the pick-up notification email, please search the order number beginning with JLH in your inbox, or look into the spam mail. If you still don't find it, please email wecare@justlikehero.com before coming to pick-up, our customer team will be able to assist you.
- On-Spot order add-ons and alterations are not available.
